About BBB Military Line®
As a partner in the Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Readiness Campaign, BBB Military Line® brings FREE BBB services to military members and their families to improve their financial literacy and protect them from scams.
BBB Military Line® provides specialized education and support services, which meets the needs of active and retired military personnel and their families. With our Memorandum of Understanding encompassing all branches of military, this vital program reaches service members across the United States and overseas.
As of 2011, Brenda Linnington is our new national BBB Military Line® Executive Director. Brenda Linnington is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has served as an active duty soldier in the U.S. Army. In addition to her experience in uniform, Brenda has extensive experience in the development and delivery of training programs for service members, as well as youth education as a teacher, counselor and curriculum development program manager.
